- 8 ounces of milk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons of whipped cream
In a medium-sized saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Bring the milk to a low boil, then whisk in the vanilla extract and sugar until well combined and creamy.
Stir the mixture and test it to see if the flavour needs to be adjusted.
Pour the heated vanilla milk into a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour the hot, frothy vanilla milk into a cup and set aside to cool.
Using whipped cream, decorate the top of the Starbucks vanilla steamer and serve.
