Firstly, rinse the rice
In the rice cooker, add the rinsed rice grains and the water required to boil it
Spread the rice in the rice cooker using your hand or the back of a spatula
The next step is to drain out the water, to be precise, the extra water from the rice. Make sure you do not drain all the water.
You will have to repeat step no. 4 about three more times
After the rice is perfectly rinsed and washed, add water to it until the water is around 1 inch above the rice cooker's rice.
According to your rice cooker's cooking option, turn it on and let it cook.
Now, take a small saucepan and add rice vinegar, sugar, and salt to it.
Next, try to cook it on a medium flame till the mixture has completed mixed with each other
Next, put the mixture into the rice that is already cooked
Now, take a wooden spatula and mix the mixture very thoroughly so that the flavor gets evenly spread.
Finally, Sushi rice is ready.
