Ingredients
  

  • cocoa powder
  • vanilla extract
  • Dry ingredients like powders, dry fruits, seeds, etc.
  • Leafy greens and pastes like mint leaves, peanut butter, etc.
  • Fruits or vegetables
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Put your favourite fruits, chia seeds, natural peanut butter (unsweetened), ice cubes, dates, and water in a blender.
  • Process all the ingredients until smooth. This usually takes time duration of 30 seconds and a minute, depending on your blender speed.
  • Transfer the smoothie into a glass and garnish it with your favorite slices, a few chia seeds, and hence your drink is ready to serve.

Notes

A smoothie without milk is equally tasty as it is with milk. Yogurt, cold water, fruit juices are way better options than milk to create a smoothie.
