Firstly, take a bowl, and then beat the eggs using a fork till you find them fully combined and there is no streaks left.
Next take a non-stick skillet, and then melt the butter over medium-low heat or flame.
When the butter starts to meltsl, add the eggs to the skillet. Cook it but do not stir it till you find the edges just begin to set.
Now take a silicone spatula, with easy hands push the edges toward the centre of the pan.
Next gently tilt the pan so that uncooked eggs move towards the edge.
Repeat this step till you find the eggs are kind of set but they should be a little soft in the centre, about 5 minutes. Take enough care and caution that the underside does not start to brown to a great extent.
Now take the cheese and herbs and put it in a line down the centre of the omelette and then cook it for some more time, maybe for about 1 minute longer, or till the find that the eggs are almost done but still a little soft in the centre.
Now gently slide the spatula around one side of the omelette at the corner in order to make it loose. Slip the spatula under the eggs, and then with easy hands but with care fold the omelette into half.
Next gently insert the spatula under the folded omelette to take it out from the pan.
Now tilt the pan over a plate and use the spatula to put it onto the plate. And, with this, the Omelette is ready to serve.
