Take a non-stick frying pan, place it on your stove, turn the flame on at medium and let the pan heat.
Then take some butter in a spoon. Spread it around the pan, try to take a non-stick pan, but if you don’t have one, then you may need to spray a non-stick on the pan before you start with cooking and putting on butter.
The butter might get collected at one particular corner, so before adding eggs you have to spread the butter or oil all across the pan by tilting it.
Gently break the eggs, so that the yolk does not break and is left untouched. Break the eggs at a distance of 1.3 centimeters from the pan while breaking it be very gentle so that the yolk is not broken.
Once the egg whites are cooked a little bit, then cover your pan with a lid to accelerate the cooking process.
After 2 or 3 minutes open the lid and check the egg white to make sure that it is fully cooked. If the eggs are not cooked according to the requirement, cover them again and check after 30-40 seconds.
Transfer the eggs over 2 slices of bread and then to a plate. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
And serve yourself warm eggs, crispy from ends and runny yolk
