- 1 cup frozen raspberries (optional)
- 1/4 cup thawed strawberry puree
- Frozen blueberries (about 1/6 ounces)
- Cut a dozen bananas, frozen and thickly, into slices.
- Orange juice / orange sherbet of 1/2 cup total
- One third glass of fresh apple juiceĀ
In a blender, combine banana, raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry purees, orange sherbert, and apple juice until smooth. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Blend on LOW for 10 seconds, then UP the speed and continue to blend until the desired smoothness is reached. Fresh fruits can be substituted for the frozen fruits, and the smoothie can be served with ice to thicken it.
