First of all, we have to gather all the ingredients at a place.
Then we have to put a large saucepan over the oven, simmer it, add 3 dessert spoon of butter and wait till it melts after that add 1 gill of Béchamel sauce.
Then we have to add to it ½cup of scraped Cheddar cheese, ¼ teaspoon of mustard powder and continuously keep stirring all the ingredients, to avoid lumps and until the cheese melts properly
Then remove the saucepan from heat and add 1/8 spoon of black or white pepper, 3 dessert spoon of multi-purpose flour.
Again put the saucepan overheat, add 1 ½ spoon favored Worcestershire sauce and keep stirring for 1 minute to cook.
Slowly add ¼ cup light cream hot milk and continuously keep stirring while cooking for 5 mins after reducing the heat to low flame until rich, smooth silky texture creamy tasty cheese sauce is formed.
