Banana, strawberry, raspberry, and papaya are mixed with frozen whole fresh fruits to produce a thick and delicious smoothie that is low in sugar and high in nutrients.

- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- A handful of ice cube
If using fresh berry you may wash them, take the banana pull a try to peel it and slice it into small pieces.
Add the banana, the strawberries, the blueberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk and honey into the high speed blender and blend. As a final note, if you desire the thickness of the blend to exceptionally high, then it is perfect to add one cup of ice cubes.
Blend on high until all that goes into the blender has gone in and you have a thick syrupy consistency. Therefore, if the consistency is quite thick, then you do not have to worry an you can add little more of the almond milk.
In an ideal world it is advised that one should consume the smoothie immediately after preparation as this will enable one to get the fresh made and rich flavored smoothies together with the nutrients.
It is best served top with few more berries on the side or may also garnished with chia seeds to give it more texture and nutrient’s value.
