- 2 tablespoons white chocolate mocha sauce
- 45 ml strong espresso (freshly brewed)
- ¼ cup chilled coconut milk
- Ice cubes
- 1–2 teaspoons caramel syrup (for topping, optional)
Brew a strong shot of espresso and set it aside for a moment to cool slightly.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then drizzle the white chocolate mocha sauce over the ice.
Pour the chilled coconut milk slowly over the ice so it settles toward the bottom.
Gently pour the espresso over the coconut milk to create the macchiato’s layered “stained milk” look.
Finish with a light caramel drizzle on top, if you enjoy extra sweetness. Serve immediately.
- For stronger coffee flavor: Add an extra half-shot of espresso.
- Sweeter version: Mix a teaspoon of caramel or vanilla syrup into the coconut milk before layering.
- Creamier texture: Use canned coconut milk or add 1 tbsp coconut cream.
- Mocha twist: Add ½ tablespoon cocoa powder to the white chocolate sauce layer.
- For a hot version: Warm the coconut milk and skip the ice.
