Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate mocha sauce
  • 45 ml strong espresso (freshly brewed)
  • ¼ cup chilled coconut milk
  • Ice cubes
  • 1–2 teaspoons caramel syrup (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  • Brew a strong shot of espresso and set it aside for a moment to cool slightly.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then drizzle the white chocolate mocha sauce over the ice.
  • Pour the chilled coconut milk slowly over the ice so it settles toward the bottom.
  • Gently pour the espresso over the coconut milk to create the macchiato’s layered “stained milk” look.
  • Finish with a light caramel drizzle on top, if you enjoy extra sweetness. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For stronger coffee flavor: Add an extra half-shot of espresso.
  • Sweeter version: Mix a teaspoon of caramel or vanilla syrup into the coconut milk before layering.
  • Creamier texture: Use canned coconut milk or add 1 tbsp coconut cream.
  • Mocha twist: Add ½ tablespoon cocoa powder to the white chocolate sauce layer.
  • For a hot version: Warm the coconut milk and skip the ice.
