- Â 1 small banana or one half of a large one
- Â 2 clementines or 1 orange must be peeled
- Â 1 medium ripe mango (which is approximately 2 cups), must be peeled
- Â 1 or one-fourth cups frozen pineapple chunks
- Â 1 Tablespoon of flax seeds

An important thing to be noted is one can also use the fresh pineapple and frozen mango. One can also use the fresh mango and pineapple with frozen banana. Making sure that either the mango or the banana is frozen is the key factor to be taken into consideration.

- Step 1- Take all the fruits in the ingredients, and wash them properly with water.
- Step 2- Peel all the fruits and chop them finely or coarsely as per you want. However, this step is quite optional. If you want, you may skip it because finally all will be blended.
- Step 3- Now put all the fruits and one cup of water or almond milk and one tablespoon of flaxseed into a blender. Blend all of them till ten mixture turns out to be very, very smooth in texture.
- Step 4- Check the consistency. If the mixture is too thick, unlike the conventional smoothies, add a little more water or the almond milk to maintain the consistency. On the contrary, if the mixture is fragile in consistency, add a little more of the fruits, including banana, to get the proper consistency.
- Step 5- Now pour the smoothie into two glasses. You add a little bit of cream, or honey or maple syrup if you love having them for taste. You may also add the flaxseeds on the top to get a crunch taste in between the super smooth Smoothie. However, all these are optional.
