A few tips and tricks to make the Omelette with Cheese

  1. How many eggs are ideal to be in an Omelette? Well, in case you are making it for the first time, I would suggest you to make with 2 eggs. After learning this, you can make with more number of eggs.
  2. What is the ideal or best pan for making omelettes? Well, if you are making 2-egg omelette, the ideal pan is an 8-inch fry pan and if you are making a 3-egg omelette, the ideal pan is a 9-inch pan. I would suggest you to have a non-stick pan that is round with sloped sides.
  3. What is the ideal flame or heat while cooking? It is very important to cook over medium-low heat. Because if you cook the eggs over high heat, it can result in a rubbery or overcooked omelette, so always it is ideal to cook over medium-low and yes you have to practise a little patience.
  4. An important thing to be done is to have the fillings ready on a beforehand. This is because when you start cooking, you do not have to prepare it and have it ready, so that you can just add them quickly.
  5. How much fillings is ideal? Well, there is no such ideal quantity of filling, but yes make sure that you do not over stuff with fillings. So, if you have less fillings, it will taste great. On a general basis about 1/3 cup filling is ideal for 2 eggs.
